Visions Eye Care + Therapy Center is growing and looking for a Full Time Front Office Patient Serivces Representative!

We are looking for a dynamic and friendly Front Office Patient Service Representative to join our team and help provide exceptional care to our patients.

About the Role:

As a Front Office Patient Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, both in person and over the phone. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that each patient has a positive and seamless experience from the moment they walk in the door.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and check in patients upon their arrival
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records with great attention to detail
• Answer phone calls and assist patients with inquiries and appointment bookings
• Verify insurance information and collect payments from patients
• Maintain a clean and organized front office area
• Work closely with all areas of the Eye Care and Therapy Center clinics to ensure seamless patient experiences.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about providing an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred but not required.
