Madison, WI Supply Chain Full Time BouMatic Position Summary Key responsibilities include: ERP data management and purchase order entry Monitor and expedite supplier deliveries to support production and inventory requirements Assist in resolving invoice discrepancies and pricing issues Prepare procurement reports and documentation for management review Support buyer in supplier reviews, sourcing projects, and cost tracking Collaborate with planning, production, and warehouse teams to ensure material availability Technical / Job Skill Qualifications A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience. 0-3 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain or manufacturing environment preferred Basic understanding of purchasing processes, ERP, and inventory management Demonstrated strong analytical and project management skills Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O preferred) Performance Skills Attention to detail Teamwork and collaboration Initiative and willingness to learn Time management and ability to prioritize workload #J-18808-Ljbffr
