Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients in a warm, professional, hospitalityâ€'focused manner
• Identify customer needs and present appropriate Lexus models and features
• Conduct product demonstrations, walkarounds, and test drives
• Clearly present pricing, purchase options, and Lexus ownership benefits
• Maintain expertâ€'level product knowledge across the Lexus lineup
• Follow up with leads and past clients to build long-term relationships
• Achieve monthly sales goals while maintaining a clientâ€'first approach
• Ensure a seamless, luxuryâ€'level experience from introduction to delivery

Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive sales and a proven track record of success is required
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and polished customer service demeanor
• Ability to learn quickly and retain product knowledge
• Selfâ€'motivated with a positive, teamâ€'oriented attitude
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
