System Administrator (multiple levels) to 170k, FS Poly Aurora, CO Role Overview We are seeking System Administrators at both Level 1 and Level 2 tiers to support the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of critical IT systems. The role involves managing infrastructure and processes related to client/server, storage, network, and mobile devices. Base compensation ranges from $115k to $170k, with a compelling benefits package for qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities Manage daily configuration and operation of IT systems, including UNIX and Windows operating systems. Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution. Install and load OS software, maintain network integrity, and implement enhancements to improve reliability and performance. Perform system capacity analysis and planning to optimize resource utilization. Provide detailed analysis and feedback to agency management and internal customers regarding escalated tickets and status updates. Qualifications Level 1 System Administrator Experience: Five (5) years of experience as a System Administrator in programs of similar scope and complexity. Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree (10 years total). Level 2 System Administrator Experience: Ten (10) years of experience as a System Administrator in programs of similar scope and complexity. Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree (15 years total). Technical Requirements Proficiency in configuring and managing UNIX and Windows operating systems. In-depth experience in troubleshooting complex IT systems and network components. Ability to remain involved in the resolution process for hardware and dispatch system problems. Clearance Requirements TS/SCI with FS Polygraph is required.
