Travel RN – Med Surg / Tele | Rochester, NY | 16 Weeks

Medical Edge Recruitment is actively hiring a Med-Surg / Tele RN for a 16-week travel assignment in Rochester, New York.

Assignment Details

• Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry
• Location: Rochester, NY
• Duration: 16 weeks
• Shift: Variable (must be flexible)
• Charting System: EPIC
• Travel Requirement: Must reside 50+ miles from facility

Compensation

• Estimated weekly pay: $2360
• $35/hr taxable
• $1,100/week non-taxed stipend
• $500 Completion Bonus 

Requirements

• Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year recent acute Med Surg / Tele experience
  • 2 years U.S. experience required for international candidates
  • 2+ years preferred
• Licensure & Certifications:
  • Active New York RN license
  • AHA BLS (required)
  • NIH Stroke Certification (required)

Additional Expectations

• Must be flexible with scheduling based on facility needs
• Willingness to float to other units as required
• Must be open to working charge nurse responsibilities (training provided if needed)
• Block scheduling may be requested but not guaranteed
