Job Summary:
The Florida-based CT Technologist position involves operating Computed Tomography (CT) and radiographic equipment within a healthcare facility. Candidates will perform imaging procedures, analyze body habitus, review physicians' orders, and assist during procedures, including room preparation and responding to contrast reactions. This role requires candidates to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Palm Beach Gardens, Florida
• Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts from 7 pm to 7 am, with limited on-call duties of up to 2 days per week.
• Required Qualifications: Current State/District license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (AART) Radiologic Technologist (RT) (R)CT certification, and completion of an approved Radiologic Technology program. An Associate's Degree or equivalent is required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Must have at least 2 years of experience with trauma and stroke procedures.
• Additional Information: Candidates should be able to operate CT and radiographic equipment, assist physicians during procedures, schedule exams accurately, and enter correct charge codes. The role demands ensuring high-quality radiographs while minimizing unnecessary radiation.
• Hours per Week: Minimum of 36 hours.
• Experience: No minimum years required, but experience with trauma and stroke cases is preferred.
