We are seeking an experienced, motivated Insurance Sales Representative who consistently produces at a high level and values strong client relationships. You will focus on generating new business, maintaining a strong book of business, and delivering solutions that meet customers' needs while working alongside a team that operates at a high level, stays consistent, and crushes goals together. Prepare, quote, and close all prospective leads. Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals. Service existing policies and maintain regular contact with customers to build retention. Collaborate with a team of sales professionals. Requirements Previous sales experience (3 years). Must have your Property & Casualty License. Self-motivated, organized, and a fast learner.
