Human Resources Specialist

PCI Pharma Services seeks an HR Specialist to support human resources operations within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role encompasses recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and reporting across hourly and salaried populations in a unionized setting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers on recruitment, job posting, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding for hourly and salaried positions
• Serve as first point of contact for employee concerns and conduct initial investigations into complaints or policy violations
• Provide guidance to employees and supervisors on HR policies and practices ensuring legal compliance
• Support benefits administration including open enrollment, wellness programs, and employee inquiries
• Generate HR metrics and reports for workforce planning, turnover analysis, and diversity tracking

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, industrial psychology, or related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of HR generalist or specialist experience across multiple functional areas
• Working knowledge of labor regulations including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and EEOC
• Proficiency with HRIS systems such as Workday and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build cross-level trust
• High attention to detail and capability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
