Position Description Assist our students and staff by completing the following duties: Answering and transferring calls on a multi‑line phone system Retrieving and responding to voicemails Filing paperwork, data entry, and archiving old files Assisting walk‑in students Managing appointments Participating and assisting in campus events Managing/assisting with social media accounts (as needed) Additional duties as assigned Work Experience and Eligibility Work experience in this department supports the following degree/certificate programs: Education‑AA, Business‑AB.
