Lead Process Engineer

Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Vice President of Raland Compliance Partners Job Requirements Experience in process quality control and business process management in ALUMINUM & STEEL mills (metals) environment. Experience using statistical methods for process control, defect reduction, and root cause analysis Experience developing or modifying processes/products to meet customer specifications and cost targets Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends Preferred Skills Statistical process control (SPC), capability analysis, and data-driven troubleshooting Root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action implementation Control plan development and process standardization New product/process development support (cost, manufacturability, end-use performance) Lean / continuous improvement methods applied to quality and throughput Management of Change (MOC) participation and documentation Job Responsibilities Identify, analyze, and eliminate causes of quality defects; implement sustainable corrective actions Investigate and resolve customer complaints, including providing technical assistance and recommendations Assess and resolve process deviations impacting quality, utilization, throughput, and recovery Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Retail Recyclable Materials & Used Merchandise #J-18808-Ljbffr Entegee
