Naperville Country Club, located in Naperville, IL, is pleased to announce a part‑time Busser position. This role supports a fast‑paced hospitality environment under Troon’s global leadership in golf and community management. Compensation $12–$14 per hour plus tips. Key Responsibilities Ensures all materials used by servers are clean and ready for daily operation. Knows the position of each diner’s chair in the dining rooms and lounges. Sets the outside line with underliner plates, flatware, doilies, linen napkins, and any other items needed for food delivery. Organizes plates in the window and matches each one with its corresponding ticket to run food to tables. Sets tables in accordance with Troon Golf standards. Ensures that each menu item meets the exact specifications outlined on each ticket. Corrects menu items with the chef before delivery if they do not meet specifications. Fills and refills water glasses and removes any place settings not being used. Clears dishes in front of guests upon completion of each course. Clears and resets tables when guests leave, including: changing tablecloths, brushing chairs, repositioning chairs, replacing silverware and glassware, and replacing napkins. Assists the server when needed. Keeps workstations well stocked with items and ingredients. Cleans workstations, takes out trash, and vacuums the dining room. Incorporates safe work practices in job performance. Performs other duties as required. Minimum Qualifications One month of related experience or training. Other Qualifications Demonstrates professionalism, cleanliness, and neatness. Maintains regular and reliable attendance, including weekends and holidays.
