What You'll Do

● Consult with clients to assess their life insurance and financial protection needs

● Present and sell life insurance products tailored to each client's situation

● Build long-term client relationships through honest, needs-based advising

● Work leads delivered through our automated system — no cold prospecting required

● Close business remotely via phone, video, or digital application tools

● Grow as a solo producer, or recruit and build your own team — the choice is yours

What We're Looking For

● Active life insurance license (required)

● Strong communication and consultative sales skills

● Self-driven, coachable, and comfortable working independently as a 1099 contractor

● Comfortable with commission-only, performance-based income

● Interest in either individual production or team building/leadership

● Prior experience in life insurance, financial services, or a related sales role preferred

● Reliable internet connection and a quiet space for client calls
