Monday - Friday | 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Custodians to support evening cleaning operations at a large corporate office facility in the Troy area near the I-75 business corridor.

We currently have multiple positions available . These roles are responsible for completing a full range of custodial duties throughout the building, including restroom cleaning, trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, floor care, stair cleaning, and general facility upkeep. The ideal candidates are reliable, thorough, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional workplace environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform full custodial cleaning duties throughout the facility
• Clean offices, entrances, hallways, common areas, restrooms, stairwells, and shared spaces
• Remove trash and replace liners throughout the building
• Dust surfaces and maintain overall facility appearance
• Vacuum assigned areas using a backpack vacuum
• Sweep, mop, and maintain hard surface floors
• Sweep and mop stairs as assigned
• Operate floor care equipment, including an automatic floor scrubber
• Restock supplies and report supply needs as needed
• Follow cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and building expectations
• Report facility concerns, maintenance issues, or equipment problems to management

Requirements

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred
• Ability to wear and use a backpack vacuum during the shift
• Experience using an automatic floor scrubber preferred
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned cleaning duties
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, pull, sweep, mop, and move throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a large professional office environment

Pay: $15 - $16 per hour
