The Custodian is responsible for performing work associated with the maintenance and cleaning of buildings, furniture, grounds, sidewalks, vehicles and the equipment and tools needed for these tasks.

Clean and maintain floors, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, stripping, and waxing and shampooing carpets.
Wash windows and walls.
Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
Perform miscellaneous maintenance duties, e.g., Remove snow and ice from stairs and entranceways to buildings during winter months.
Experience in the use and maintenance of building and cleaning equipment and tools desirable.
Experience in the use of cleaning chemicals and solvents desirable.
Full-Time positions available - Shifts are:
Monday – Friday, 3:00pm – 11:30pm
Monday – Friday, 4:00pm – 12:30am
Monday – Wednesday, 3:30pm – Midnight and Saturday/Sunday 7:00am – 3:30pm
Afternoon shift and weekend shift is eligible for a $1.00 per hour shift premium.
