Responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. You will partner closely with hiring managers, maintain ATS data, support diversity and Alaska Native hiring initiatives, and uphold EEO/compliance standards.
