This role is laser-focused on attracting and securing top talent — from building pipelines and sourcing candidates across multiple channels to shepherd candidates through each stage of the hiring process. You'll be a true partner in the recruitment realm of our rapidly growing company.If you thrive on the hunt for great candidates, love building relationships, and get excited about filling roles efficiently and thoughtfully, this is your seat.Key ResponsibilitiesHelp manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all open roles in partnership with the HR Director — from job posting through offer acceptanceConduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and success profilesCoordinate and schedule interviews, debrief sessions and feedback collection across hiring teamsManage candidate communication throughout the process, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpointProactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, professional networks, employee referrals, and industry-specific communitiesBuild and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and anticipated hiring needsIdentify and engage passive candidates through creative outreach strategiesResearch and recommend new sourcing channels, tools, and platforms to expand reachAttend relevant job fairs, networking events, and community hiring initiatives as neededMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS (Rippling)Track key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, pipeline health) and share regular updates with the HR DirectorDraft and post compelling job descriptions in collaboration with the HR Director and hiring managersSupport the HR Director in continuously improving recruiting processes, templates, and workflowsQualifications2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting (in-house or agency)Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)Demonstrated success sourcing candidates across multiple channels, including passive outreachProficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn RecruiterFamiliarity with sourcing tools such as Juicebox AI, Gem, etc.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communicationCollaborative by nature; comfortable working as a true partner rather than independently owning an entire HR functionHigh sense of urgency balanced with attention to qualityExperience recruiting in the financial services industryPotomac is not your typical asset manager.
