Senior Ocean Policy Specialist

To support and scale ocean conservation efforts, the full-time Senior Ocean Policy Specialist will manage global ocean policy initiatives, develop program strategies, and oversee public affairs and partner management activities while working remotely. Key responsibilities Collaborate with leadership to conduct research and develop briefing materials for political strategy and marine protected areas Develop and execute operational plans for team meetings and ocean policy convenings Support partner management and coordinate messaging across departments to ensure effective communication of program strategies Required qualifications Bachelor's degree 4+ years of professional experience, preferably in the non-profit or environmental sector Strong understanding of marine conservation issues and programmatic needs Excellent project management and organizational skills Proficiency in basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
