Senior Leave of Absence Specialist

Senior Leave of Absence Specialist is a full-time remote position responsible for managing complex employee leave cases, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws, and providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Create and manage detailed leave of absence cases in the case management system, ensuring compliance and proper policy application Provide outstanding customer service and support to employees regarding leave inquiries, handling sensitive situations effectively Advise leaders and employees on the interaction of leave laws with various benefits and assist in resolving complex leave issues Required Qualifications Associate's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent working knowledge Two to four years of experience with leave requirements and applicable laws such as FMLA and ADA Basic knowledge of Human Resources functions, including payroll, benefits, and compensation Strong analytical skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
