HR ManagerThe HR Manager, Corporate Functions provides leadership and generalist support across multiple corporate staff functions. This position provides strategic consultation to senior leadership and partners with them to build and execute an HR strategy that aligns with and enables the achievement of business strategy. This role supports approximately 39 locations throughout Texas. Dallas-Fort Worth is the preferred home base, though qualified candidates located elsewhere in Texas will be considered.Job ResponsibilitiesAct as primary HR business partner for corporate functions - Legal, Strategy and Transformation - including each Executive Leader and their leadership teamPartner with senior leaders and teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions and drive results/impactCoach and advise leaders on people strategy (Organization Design, Change Management, Talent Management and Employee Engagement)Ensure the efficient delivery of HR programs and services to include, but not limited to performance management, compensation planning, talent reviews, etc.Build and implement organizational effectiveness strategies focused on driving employee engagement and retentionCollaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to attract, on board, develop and retain the talent needed to meet business needsSupport enterprise diversity and inclusion initiatives through partnership with business leaders to develop inclusive and cohesive teamsDrive adherence to compliance of policies and proceduresParticipate in enterprise-wide initiatives/projects as assignedQualificationsMinimum 10-12 years of progressive experience as an HR generalist role, with strong organization capability/organization development, change management and talent management experienceExperience in using HR technology and analyticsHR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP) a plusRequires a Bachelor's degree in HR Development, Labor Relations, OD or related business field; Master's degree preferredDemonstrated ability to lead large-scale change initiativesProven ability to partner, communicate and consult with executive and senior-level leadership routinely and effectivelyAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentAbout AramarkRooted in service and united by our purpose, we strive to do great things for each other, our partners, our communities, and our planet.
