You'll help homeowners understand their options and make confident decisions about their comfort systems through honest recommendations and expert guidance.ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systemsMaintain clear communication with dispatch, management, parts, and installation teamsDeliver exceptional customer service on every callKeep your company vehicle clean, organized, and fully stockedMaintain accurate service records and complete all required paperworkParticipate in the on-call rotation scheduleMaintain a professional appearance and positive attitudeAttend ongoing training and development programsFollow company safety standards and best practicesQualificationsHVAC service and repair experience (5+ years needed)Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesValid driver's license with a clean driving recordEPA certification or willingness to obtain required certifications (we'll help you get there)Self-motivated with the ability to work independentlyCommitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfactionReady for the Next Step?
