Compensation:

$104,000 - $206,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Meet with prospective homebuyers throughout Virginia Beach and Hampton Roads

• Conduct buyer consultations and secure committed client relationships

• Identify each buyer’s motivation, goals, timeline, and home-buying needs

• Help clients identify and evaluate properties

• Schedule and conduct home showings

• Educate buyers about local market conditions and the purchasing process

• Prepare and negotiate offers while protecting your clients’ best interests

• Help buyers navigate inspections, appraisal, financing, and contract milestones

• Maintain proactive communication throughout the home-buying process

• Follow up consistently with new and prospective buyers

• Follow EmpowerHome’s proven buyer systems and sales processes

• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and accountability

• Deliver the 2nd Mile Service EmpowerHome clients expect

Qualifications:

You may be a strong fit if you:

• Hold an active Virginia real estate license or meet EmpowerHome’s applicable licensing requirements

• Love working directly with homebuyers

• Are comfortable meeting prospective clients face-to-face

• Communicate confidently and build trust quickly

• Are willing to ask buyers for commitment

• Follow up quickly and consistently

• Enjoy showing homes and helping clients make important decisions

• Are comfortable learning and applying negotiation strategies
