Job Description
Prepare surfaces by masking or chemical rinsing in a high-volume production environment • Complete jobs on time by following the schedule • Inspect parts for defects • Load parts on powder coating conveyor • Apply powder coating per manufacturer requirements • Clean paint guns and the booth to prevent contamination • Able to make adjustments to powder coating equipment. powder coating guns & hoppers • Examine finished parts to ensure conformance to specifications • Maintain equipment daily in a condition that does not compromise safety • Ensure all work produced meets customers' quality expectations • Troubleshoots equipment malfunctions and completes preventive maintenance
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • High school diploma or equivalent required • Manufacturing experience: 6+ months (preferred) • Basic math and measurement (Quart, Gallon, Etc.) skills • Knowledge and experience working within paint booths, batch painting, or conveyor line painting preferred.
