Entry-Level Trainer

Overview Join to apply for the Trainer role at Epic . This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance. Responsibilities Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users, in addition to our staff. Serve as the first point of contact for staff and users, shaping their experience as they transition to Epic and helping them in saving lives. Participate in the training process from start to finish, including instructional design and development of training materials and scenarios you will deliver. Collaborate with teams to design workflow-based training content, work with organizations to develop their training, and contribute to projects to improve software usability. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or greater (any major) Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred A history of academic and professional success Willingness to travel at least 6 times per year to customer locations Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed) COVID-19 vaccination Location and Benefits Epic is located just outside Madison, Wisconsin, the second fastest growing market for tech talent in the United States.
