Job Title: Recruiter Location: Remote Work
Duration: 6+ Months Role Summary Seeking an experienced full-cycle Technical Recruiter to support U.S. hiring across semiconductor, engineering, technology, and manufacturing roles. Responsible for partnering with hiring managers, developing recruiting strategies, sourcing passive talent, managing the full recruiting lifecycle, and delivering qualified technical candidates. Duration: 6+ Months Role Summary Seeking an experienced full-cycle Technical Recruiter to support U.S. hiring across semiconductor, engineering, technology, and manufacturing roles. Responsible for partnering with hiring managers, developing recruiting strategies, sourcing passive talent, managing the full recruiting lifecycle, and delivering qualified technical candidates. Key Responsibilities
- Lead requisition intake and develop targeted recruiting strategies.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting : sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and follow-up.
- Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, SmartRecruiters, Boolean/X-ray search, referrals, and other sourcing tools .
- Build and manage technical talent pipelines.
- Maintain accurate candidate, sourcing, disposition, and requisition data in SmartRecruiters .
- Partner with hiring managers on pipeline health, candidate quality, market conditions, and recruiting challenges.
- Provide a strong candidate experience and collaborate with TA, HR, and business stakeholders.
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Semiconductor recruiting experience required.
- Technical recruiting experience across engineering, technology, manufacturing, product, or related roles .
- Hands-on experience with SmartRecruiters for recruiting workflow, database search, reporting, dispositioning, and data management.
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter , including complex searches, projects, pipelines, and outreach.
- Experience sourcing passive candidates using Boolean and X-ray searches .
- Strong hiring-manager consultation, communication, prioritization, and candidate-management skills.
