Marketing CoordinatorRobert Half is actively partnering with an Austin-based client to identify a Marketing Coordinator to support business development, pursuit efforts, and strategic marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for developing compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral while helping position the organization for growth in competitive markets. This role is hybrid in Austin, Tx.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Business Development SupportAssist with the development of marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and other business development assets.Support strategic marketing initiatives and help promote the organization's services and capabilities.Collaborate with business development and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand standards across all deliverables.Maintain marketing plans and contribute to ongoing growth and visibility initiatives.Proposal & Pursuit DevelopmentCoordinate and support proposal development efforts from kickoff through submission.Draft, edit, and customize proposal content, qualifications packages, presentations, and pursuit materials.Conduct research on client opportunities, market trends, competitor activity, and company qualifications.Partner with creative teams to develop graphics, layouts, and visual content that enhance proposal effectiveness.Track proposal schedules, deliverables, and action items to ensure timely completion.Content & Knowledge ManagementMaintain and update project profiles, staff resumes, qualifications statements, and other marketing resources.Organize and manage proposal content libraries and marketing databases.Support ongoing content development, editing, and quality assurance efforts.Respond to requests for company information, marketing materials, and research support.
