Overview Field LPN - Home Health Visits Location: Orange, Seminole & Osceola Counties, FL | Part-Time / Per Visit Are you a compassionate LPN with a passion for patient care? Responsibilities Deliver care in accordance with the patient\'s individualized Plan of Care under RN supervision. Provide prompt communication of changes in patient condition/emergencies to the team. Perform skilled nursing tasks within LPN scope of practice, which may include: Medication administration Wound care Infusion therapy Transferring & positioning patients Catheter care Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail while prioritizing patient needs. Required Experience & Education Current LPN license in the State of Florida (required) IV Certification (required) Strong wound care skills 1+ year of home health experience preferred Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) Why Join AccordCare Home Health?
