Residential/Commercial Property Manager

Job Description Job Description This position is for a real estate/property management office. Our office manages residential as well as commercial properties, so there is opportunity for a variety of duties. This position will help assist with some bookkeeping utilizing QuickBooks. and managing most of the properties. This position will also offer the opportunity to work on remodeling projects and assist in there completion with regards to the office duties related to the project. Some of the responsibilities will include the following:
* Answering telephones/Retrieving voicemails
*Greeting visitors and addressing their issues
* Assisting with bookkeeping utilizing QuickBooks for different companies.
* Assisting with marketing properties for lease.
*Assisting with writing letters and preparing leases.
*Retrieving mail from post office boxes
* Taking deposits to several banks
* Organization - keeping the office organized and tidy
Responsibilities may change from time to time or increase upon demand.
We are looking for someone who is able to help assist with multiple tasks and learn quickly. This job does not require a Bachelors degree or Associates degree. Prior work experience in this field will be preferred. We will need someone who is able to answer the phones in a respectable manner and communicate well with others throughout the business. Applicant will be considered a sub-contractor and not an employee. We are looking for someone eager to learn and assist with various projects as they occur. This job will provide many opportunities for a variety of duties.
