Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a qualified Litigation Associate Attorney to join its practice in Mount Laurel Township, NJ. The attorney will manage a high-volume caseload involving creditors' rights and real estate litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, and managing discovery. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
