This is a full-time, in-office position in Boca Raton, FL. Remote applicants will not be considered. About the Role We’re looking for an experienced In‑House Videographer to own the day‑to‑day production of video creative for our DTC marketing team. You’ll work alongside our Creative Director, photographers, AI Performance Creative Strategists, social media team, and paid media team to produce high‑converting content for Meta, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, email, and our website. This role requires someone who can move fast without sacrificing quality. You’ll often shoot, edit, and deliver multiple pieces of content in a single day. Responsibilities Shoot high-quality product, lifestyle, UGC, and commercial‑style video content Capture content for Meta, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid advertising Film both in-studio and on‑location as needed Set up and operate professional studio lighting, camera, audio, and production equipment Direct models, creators, and team members on set Collaborate with our AI Performance Creative Strategists to bring winning ad concepts to life Edit content quickly while maintaining strong pacing and storytelling Create multiple variations of winning ads for creative testing Organize and maintain video files and project assets Help continually improve our creative production process Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of professional videography experience Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial, product, or social-first video work Expert knowledge of Canon camera systems Proficient using MacOS Strong understanding of professional studio lighting techniques Experience filming both products and people Excellent composition, framing, and camera movement Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines Comfortable juggling multiple projects simultaneously Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to adapt in a fast‑changing environment Editing Requirements Must be proficient in one or more of the following: Adobe Premiere Pro CapCut Pro Experience with Adobe After Effects is a plus.
