People Services & Safety Manager

A growing Metro Detroit company is seeking a People Services / HR Manager to lead HR operations while supporting safety compliance. This is a highly visible role where you'll partner directly with leadership to strengthen employee engagement, compliance, training, and organizational processes. What You'll Do Lead HR compliance, employee relations, onboarding, and benefits administration. Oversee 401(k) and HR documentation compliance. Develop training programs, performance processes, and employee development initiatives. Partner with the Safety Coordinator on OSHA compliance and workplace safety efforts. Help build a stronger, more connected culture across the organization. What We're Looking For Experienced HR professional who can work independently and bring structure to a growing organization. Strong knowledge of HR compliance, benefits administration, and employee relations. Safety experience is a plus (OSHA certifications preferred). Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable partnering with employees at every level. Experience supporting a construction, manufacturing, or field-based workforce is preferred. Why Join?
