Store Assistance Manager

The Store Assistance Manager is responsible to support the store manager in daily operations, including sales, customer services, and maintaining store standards of Getfastshirt.com. Responsibilities

Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing key operations including merchandising, backroom, front line, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving, with a strong focus on minimizing shrink and damages.

Qualifications for Store Sales Associate

Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.

Ability to comprehend basic instructions

Ability to interpret documents

Ability to apply abstract principles to a wide range of complex tasks

Ability to understand the meanings of words and effectively respond

Ability to analyze information and write reports
