Note Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Kentucky and have at least 5 years of business litigation experience. Strong experience handling written discovery, depositions, pleadings, substantive motions, mediations, and court appearances is required. Job Description Represent clients in complex business and commercial litigation matters. Manage cases through all phases of litigation. Conduct written discovery and defend and take depositions. Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and other substantive filings. Participate in mediations, hearings, arbitrations, and court appearances. Assist with trial preparation and trial strategy. Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice groups. Deliver strategic legal advice while maintaining exceptional client service. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active Kentucky Bar license. 5+ years of business or commercial litigation experience. Strong experience with discovery, depositions, pleadings, and motion practice. Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Outstanding oral and written communication abilities. Strong academic credentials. Trusts and estates litigation experience is a plus.
