• Experience as a Certified School Nurse (CSN) in an educational setting preferred
• Background in managing health offices, conducting medical reviews, and supporting IEP/504 processes
• Spanish bilingual skills are highly desirable to best serve diverse student populations
• Strong team orientation and flexible mindset-essential for success in this role
• Willingness to participate in in-person interviews

Primary responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the school health office, ensuring daily operations run smoothly
• Complete comprehensive medical reviews for students, maintaining up-to-date and accurate records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to participate in IEP and 504 plan meetings
• Provide ongoing support to staff, students, and families regarding health and wellness issues
• Adapt quickly to a changing environment and actively contribute to a culture of cooperation
