This is a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented, loves building efficient processes, and wants to make a direct impact on employee experience at a growing company. Key Responsibilities Onboarding & Offboarding Coordinate new hire onboarding: paperwork, account setup, welcome materials, and first-week scheduling Manage offboarding logistics, including exit paperwork, equipment returns, and access removal HR Operations & Systems Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and ensure data integrity across systems Process employee lifecycle changes (promotions, transfers, terminations) in HR systems Support payroll and benefits administration by keeping data accurate and up to date Administer employee benefits enrollment and changes through ADP and Ease Help maintain and improve People‑related workflows, templates, and documentation Employee Experience Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions on policies, benefits, and processes Support engagement initiatives, company events, and recognition programs Help coordinate performance review cycles and related communications Compliance & Record-keeping Ensure company policies and employee files comply with relevant labor laws and regulations Support audits and reporting by maintaining organized, up‑to‑date documentation Track required trainings, certifications, and compliance deadlines Coordinate and help deliver employee training programs, including onboarding, compliance, and role‑specific trainings Draft, execute, and roll out new HR policies, and revise existing ones as needed, including those supporting SOC 2 compliance Recruiting Support Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications Support job posting management and candidate tracking in the ATS Qualifications Required 1–3 years of experience in HR, People Ops, recruiting coordination, or a related administrative role Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Comfortable managing confidential and sensitive information with discretion Clear written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with common productivity tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365) Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, growing environment Preferred Experience with an HRIS (e.g., Gusto, Rippling, BambooHR, or similar) Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) Basic knowledge of employment law and HR compliance fundamentals Basic knowledge in Confluence Experience at a startup or small company where roles are broad and evolving Required 1–3 years of experience in HR, People Ops, recruiting coordination, or a related administrative role Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail li> Comfortable managing confidential and sensitive information with discretion Clear written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with common productivity tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365) Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, growing environment Preferred Experience with an HRIS (e.g., Gusto, Rippling, BambooHR, or similar) Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) Basic knowledge of employment law and HR compliance fundamentals Basic knowledge in Confluence Experience at a startup or small company where roles are broad and evolving What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and company holidays Opportunity to shape People Ops processes at an early stage and grow with the company Opportunity to grow with start up About Communications Install Solutions (CIS, Inc.)
