Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive endodontic examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Provide nonsurgical root canal therapy
• Evaluate and manage complex endodontic cases
• Perform endodontic retreatment when clinically appropriate
• Diagnose and manage dental pain and endodontic infections
• Evaluate teeth for restorability and communicate findings to referring providers
• Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and post-treatment care
• Collaborate with general dentists to coordinate comprehensive patient treatment
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Provide compassionate, high-quality specialty care while ensuring a positive patient experience

Minimum Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an accredited Endodontics specialty residency program
• Active Florida dental license in good standing or ability to obtain
• Strong diagnostic and clinical endodontic skills
• Ability to independently evaluate and treat endodontic cases
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
• Commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care
• Board-certified or board-eligible Endodontists are encouraged to apply

Experience Requirements:

• All experience levels will be considered
• Experienced Endodontists and recent specialty graduates are welcome
• Must be comfortable practicing independently within the scope of specialty training
