Production Operator-2nd Shift

Production OperatorA leading manufacturer of liquid coatings and surface treatment chemicals is currently seeking a Production Operator to join our Liquid Division, supporting operations at our Cleveland facility. This role plays a key part in ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality production of our chemical products.Position Responsibilities:Prepare ingredients using appropriate forms and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to determine batch amounts and equipment needs.Operate, stage, and maintain manufacturing equipment according to posted conditions, including disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly.Record data accurately on batch tickets, equipment logs, and quality testing results; complete required quality checks.Fill and secure mixed products into designated containers and move them to the warehouse staging area.Communicate any issues or abnormalities to the team leader or supervisor and attend all required company-sponsored training.Handle hazardous and general liquid waste properly, ensuring containers are labeled, covered, and staged; report all accidents, near misses, and property damage promptly.Position Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED preferred.Ability to pass a basic math test.Minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience preferred.Salary Range: $17.39 to $25.75.
