Implementation Specialist

As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of the company’s software with clients’ systems post-sale. You will work closely with customers to gather their requirements, configure the system, and collaborate with the development team to deliver a fully customized solution. Requirements

• Experience in the insurance industry, preferably with P&C insurance or insurance technology systems.
• Technical expertise in scripting, system configuration, and database management.
• Proven experience in software implementation or consulting roles.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding and system implementation process for new clients.
• Gather client requirements and ensure the software configuration aligns with their unique insurance needs.
• Collaborate with the development team to customize the product, writing scripts and documenting changes as needed.
• Provide technical support during and post-implementation to resolve client issues.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a seamless and efficient implementation experience.
