**Exciting Opportunity: HI - RN Flex Pool - Nights (07/20)** **Job Description:** - **Shift Information:** - 12-hour night shifts (1845-0715) - Scheduled for 36 hours per week after the first week of orientation - No guarantee of hours - **Minimum Experience Required:** - 2 years of nursing experience - **Certifications Needed:** - General Certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS - Preferred: PALS, Procedural Sedation, TNCC, ENPC - **Job Duties:** - Flexible RN role, floating between various medical and surgical units - Participate in diverse procedures and patient care - **Equipment Utilized:** - Meditech EMR - Pyxis - Wound vac - Chest tubes - **Floating Units:** - Medical Unit - Laulima Unit - Cardiovascular Unit (on rare occasions) - **Unit Specifications:** - Medical Unit: 77 beds - Laulima (Surgical Acute): 18 beds - Cardiovascular Unit: 15 beds - **Nurse to Patient Ratios:** - Medical: 1:6 for days and evenings; 1:8 for nights - Laulima: 1:6 - Cardiovascular: 1:4 - Ratios may vary due to unexpected leaves - **Dress Code:** - Professional nursing attire - clean scrubs - **Training and Orientation:** - Comprehensive orientation time provided for each unit **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
