Sales Executive

I am working on behalf of a well-established and growing hospice provider who operate across Texas. They are looking to expand to their team in Fort Worth. They have a full clinical are care team in place including on call nursers and LVN’s, currently sitting at a census of 75 patients they are in a great position to expand their team. The Company: Specializes in Hospice Care Established and respected across Texas and specifically Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex (DFW) Full Clinical and care team Focused on patient-first care and strong community ties Strategic expansion plans for 2026/2027 The Role: Build strong referral relationships with physicians, discharge planners, case managers, ALFs, SNFs, and hospitals across Fort Worth Identify new business opportunities and markets to increase patient census Be the face of the brand within the local community and healthcare network Leverage company reputation and tools to open and close referral partnerships Work autonomously while being supported by a clinical and operational leadership team Experience in Home Health, Home Care or Hospice marketing/sales Strong existing relationships in the For Worth healthcare community Proven track record of consistently bringing in referrals and hitting/exceeding targets Confident communicator and relationship builder Self-driven, resilient, and compassionate Uncapped commission structure - no ceiling on earnings Join a provider with a strong clinical foundation and local autonomy Long-term career growth as the company continues to expand Supportive, mission-led culture with a focus on patient dignity and quality of life #J-18808-Ljbffr
