- Provide resident care as directed on care plans,
- Provide assistance with meals to assure that nutrition and hydration needs are being met
- Maintain a neat, orderly and safe environment.
- Assist residents with ambulation, range of motion as well as grooming/hygiene needs.

- Part-time -- $19.67 - 22.15/hr

Benefits (must be scheduled 60+ hours per pay period)
· Staff are eligible for employer paid comprehensive medical coverage through BCBS, plus an employer sponsored Health Savings Account (HSA). That means 100% of employee's monthly insurance premium is paid by FHS! Employees also receive $150 / month in health savings account contribution.
