Housekeeping Aide

Job Summary:

Archway Management is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Aide to join our team! As a Housekeeping Aide, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our residents' living spaces. Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in common areas, resident rooms, and public spaces

• Restock linens, towels, and toiletries as needed

• Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing

• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and bathtubs

• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors throughout the facility

• Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management

• Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods

• Familiarity with infection control procedures a plus
