Warehouse Operations Coordinator Daily Tasks: What you will do:
- Process and accurately enter transactions in the SAP ERP system.
- Support daily plant operations by coordinating operational activities and maintaining workflow.
- Track and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory control processes.
- Coordinate shipments with common carriers and transportation partners.
- Prepare, organize, and retain operational documentation in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with Operations Managers and Supervisors to support daily plant activities.
- Communicate customer order status and shipment updates with internal teams.
- Serve as a liaison between Operations and cross-functional departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Warehouse Operations Coordinator Qualifications/Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, warehouse, manufacturing, or supply chain coordination.
- Experience working with SAP ERP or another enterprise resource planning (ERP) system preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
