Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation is hiring an adaptable and detail-oriented Property Operations Coordinator to join our results-driven, customer-service-focused Property Management team. This role plays a key part in the day-to-day operations of our portfolio and serves as the central point of coordination for service requests, while ensuring efficient processes, strong communication, and high-quality outcomes for tenants, vendors, and internal teams. This is more than a traditional customer service role. We are looking for someone who can think beyond individual tasks, understand the bigger operational picture, and proactively identify ways to improve workflows and enhance the overall service experience. Manage a high volume of requests by prioritizing tasks, shifting between responsibilities, and maintaining accuracy and responsiveness throughout the day. Support operational processes including budgeting, invoicing, and coordination with accounting teams, with an understanding of how your work impacts the broader organization. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, contribute to process enhancements, and take initiative in both daily responsibilities and broader team projects. Desired Experience 3+ years experience in administrative work, operations, or related field, required. High School Diploma, or equivalent, required Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, required. Familiarity with Yardi, preferred.
