Operations Admin II

Responsibilities Perform clerical and administrative tasks for hub and station operational areas (linehaul, quality assurance, customer service). Manage damaged or incorrectly addressed packages to optimize delivery times. Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and issues. Provide clerical support to management (photocopying, filing, faxing, emailing, answering phones). Research, enter, and review data in various systems. Compile regular and ad hoc reports for management. Assist with Business Control Self Assessment audit activity. Additional QA/Loss Prevention duties: address searches, prioritize workflow, ensure proper scan statuses, handle hazardous material damages, investigate missing packages, review loss claims. Additional Linehaul duties: enter IC settlement information, maintain DOT‑required files, track vehicle mileage, monitor metrics, and serve as initial contact for IC inquiries. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Education High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum Experience Two years of customer service, clerical, or related experience required; experience in dock operations or distribution center preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proficient typing and data entry; use of phone, copier, fax. Software skills, including Microsoft Office and web‑based applications. Customer service skills for effective professional response. Time‑management, organization, and multi‑tasking abilities for a fast‑paced environment with high attention to detail.
