Weekend Supervisor Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Mecklenburg Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Weekend Supervisor in our beautiful skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities include:

Oversee nursing staff and ensure top-quality patient care
Assess, plan, and implement resident care plans
Provide leadership and support to nursing staff
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

Active RN or LPN License in North Carolina (or compact state)
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
Ability to work weekends and provide compassionate resident care
