Primary Care Physician

Seeking a dedicated BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to provide full-scope primary care in a relationship-based model. Deliver direct patient care including preventive services, diagnosis, treatment, and (if applicable) inpatient care Conduct comprehensive exams and screenings for health maintenance Document clinical observations and maintain timely, accurate medical records Participate in quality improvement initiatives and chart reviews Serve as a preceptor for providers in training Provide call coverage and inpatient care as required Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and clinic safety standards Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet the diverse health and social needs of our patients As a Family Medicine Physician, you’ll play a vital role in advancing our mission of equitable, community-based care—bringing both clinical expertise and compassionate leadership to our team FQHC environment Compensation & Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Life Insurance & Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Paid Time Off (PTO) Retirement Plan Inclusive, team-oriented culture with opportunities for growth The Community Live and Work in a town named in the TOP 10 places to live by National Geographic.
