Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Owning Power BI reporting and analytics for the Digital business, the full-time Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will design and build reports and dashboards, manage a client-facing intelligence platform, and oversee internal operational reporting while working remotely. Key responsibilities Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards for internal and client-facing stakeholders, ensuring visual clarity and usability Manage the transition and enhancement of a client-facing reporting platform, implementing market intelligence features and automated alerting products Oversee internal operational reporting, including campaign pacing and budget tracking, while monitoring contact data health across business systems Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field 7 to 10 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or dashboard development, preferably in media or data services Advanced skills in Microsoft Fabric / Power BI report and dashboard development, including DAX and interactive features Proficient in T-SQL and experienced with cloud data warehouses such as MySQL, BigQuery, or Snowflake Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud environments and familiarity with CRM reporting structures
