CMP has been retained to lead the search for an Executive Director at Teen F.L.O.W. Youth Ministries in Midland, TX.

Teen F.L.O.W. Youth Ministries is seeking an engaging, relationship-focused Executive Director to lead the organization into its next chapter. This is an exciting opportunity for a leader who is passionate about youth ministry, community impact and enjoys both setting direction and rolling up their sleeves to make things happen.
Reporting to and partnering closely with the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will provide leadership across programs, people, fundraising, community partnerships, and organizational operations.
What You'll Lead
- Provide overall leadership and direction for the organization, staff, programs, mentors, and volunteers.
- Build strong relationships with churches, schools, community organizations, donors, and civic leaders.
- Oversee and strengthen youth programs and service delivery.
- Recruit, coach, and develop staff and volunteers.
- Lead fundraising efforts, including donor cultivation, special events, and identifying new sources of support.
- Partner with the Board of Directors on organizational priorities and long-term sustainability.
- Serve as a visible and passionate ambassador for Teen F.L.O.W. in the community.

Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Ministry, human services, or a related field.
- Experience in ministry, youth services, nonprofit leadership, or a related environment.
- Experience with fundraising, donor development, or community partnerships is highly valued.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Commitment to Teen F.L.O.W.'s faith-based mission, values, and Statement of Faith.
