Territory Account Manager - Minneapolis, MN - Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Vision Care

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Vision Care seeks a Territory Account Manager for the Minneapolis, Minnesota area to sell ACUVUE® Brand Contact Lenses to established and prospective customers. The role combines direct sales activities, customer relationship management, and product knowledge development within an assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Sell ACUVUE® Brand Contact Lenses to established customers and develop new business prospects
- Understand customer strategic priorities, buying motives, and business operations to position solutions
- Learn organization products, services, and policies through training and field experience
- Maintain customer records, manage inventory and diagnostic lens control, and report sales activities
- Deliver clinical and financial messages tailored to customer needs while maintaining compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- 2+ years B2B and/or medical sales experience or equivalent
- Valid US driver's license
- Ability to travel overnight and weekends as needed
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and business acumen skills
- Residence in or near Minneapolis, Minnesota geography
- Physical capability to lift 30 lbs, sit for extended periods, and travel independently
