Rheumatology Territory Business Manager, Minneapolis, MN

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager for the Minneapolis-Duluth region to drive demand generation and patient access in rheumatology. The role involves building relationships with healthcare providers, specialty pharmacies, and infusion centers while executing territory strategies aligned with company commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans using customer and market insights
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacy partners, and infusion providers
• Achieve and exceed sales objectives while maintaining compliance and integrity standards
• Submit account plans, customer interactions, and CRM activity accurately and on time

Requirements

• 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
• Demonstrated rheumatology sales background strongly preferred
• Proven track record of high sales performance and business objective execution
• Territory and account strategy planning and execution experience
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree required
• Must reside within Minneapolis, Saint Paul, or Duluth, MN market

Compensation: $140,000-$192,500 base
